We had an excellent early check-in that set a positive tone for our stay. The restaurant served delicious dinners with quality ingredients that impressed us.

I had a fantastic stay! The poached salmon dinner was to die for, and the spectacular lake views from my room made it worth every penny. Plus, the comfy beds were a perfect way to recharge after the hike!

We had such a fun family trip! The location is unbeatable, right at the starting point for hiking Preikestolen, and we made great use of the nearby disc golf courses. The kids loved the hiking and it’s beautiful around the lake!

In my wife’s opinion, a kettle in the room would have been great for making quick snacks for the toddler.

We had a fantastic time chilling at the mountain spa and lounging in the cozy common areas. The sauna was great for relaxing after a long hike, and the open-air bath was a refreshing treat. The room was a bit on the smaller side, but it added to the unique charm. Definitely pack light for the walk from the parking area! 😊

The hotel was right at the trailhead, made starting our hike such a breeze. The breakfast was hearty and delicious, just what we needed to fuel up before tackling those hills.

The location was perfect for hiking Pulpit Rock, making it easy to get an early start. I loved the stunning lake views from my room and the cozy wooden interiors added a charming touch to my stay. Breakfast was a highlight with a great selection, especially for vegetarians. However, soundproofing could definitely be improved, as I could hear noise from other rooms.

Just an optimal selection for a swift stopover in Jorpeland with good value for cost. The warm sunny weather made our stay enjoyable, even if our room was a bit too hot. Bring your own earplugs to deal with the noise at night.

I had a wonderful stay where I enjoyed super tasty food and the cool views to the lake and mountains while being just a short walk from the starting point of the hike to Preikestolen, making it perfect for weekend wanderers like me. the only downside was the shared shower which could have been more hygienic.
